Nancy Harris is the founder and CEO of Restart Consulting.  My mission is to help people design the careers and lives they love. My online coaching program and community, The Career Restart is a movement designed to help women successfully navigate career transition. I love working with people who have a sincere desire to bring joy, love, and fun into the workplace.  And who doesn't want more of that? I have a Bachelor's in Communications and Master's in Labor and Employment Relations, both from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana...Go Illini!  I am a CTI (The Coaches Training Institute) alumni, and hold certifications in Hogan Personality Inventory, Development Dimension International (DDI), and Organization Development.  I am also the co-founder of DisruptHR Chicago and a devoted yogi.
