Kill The Company & Improve D&I

We’ll begin the session with an overview of the Kill the Company process for problem-solving and innovation. From there, we’ll provide an opportunity to solve problems our members are facing, with a specific focus on diversity & inclusion. Continue the discussion or join us later over food and/or drinks at Primebar Chicago.

We all talk about D&I, but too often we lack the resources to actually make a difference. During this session, we will begin with tools from Kill the Company to help start innovative conversations at your company and get various levels and aspects of your organization involved in the problem-solving process. From there, Sangita Kasturi will help us leverage our shared knowledge and facilitate a brainstorming session to solve problems faced by our members.

Attendees are invited to bring problems they are facing in their businesses for us to discuss.

Continue the discussion or join us later over food and/or drinks at Primebar Chicago at 7:30 PM.
