Are you prepared for an employee to seek you out for assistance dealing with a difficult manager?  How would you respond if you overheard employees making inappropriate comments about their coworker?  Employee relations issues can be difficult to handle, but HR professionals need to be prepared when they occur in the workplace.  Join us at the upcoming Emerging Leaders meeting for a panel discussion on resolving real-life cases as well as recommendations on methods for responding to future issues.

Attendees are encouraged to bring employee relations issues for discussion or assistance.

Join us afterwards for happy hour at One North Kitchen and Bar:
1 N Upper Wacker Dr.
