Presenting at Work: A Guide to Public Speaking in Professional Contexts
How often have you marveled at presentations by great leaders of this or a previous generation, and imagined that it was you connecting with a rapt audience hanging on every word?
In Speak Like a Leader, Christine takes you on a remarkable tour of the five habits that influential leaders – from political heavyweights, to business icons, to entertainment moguls – rely on to convey confidence, command a room, and transform their listeners.
In this session, participants will:
- Learn the five habits of influential leaders
- Assess which of the speaking habits they have, and those they need to develop
- Create a plan for improving targeted speaking skills in specific situations so they can establish new habits
- Get recommendations on exercises and resources to continue developing speaking skills as they execute their plan and continue their leadership journey
