Objectives

Founded on highly effective leadership, a winning culture and unsurpassed teamwork – learn how the Navy Seal and SWCC Special Forces are at their best when facing adversity.  Experts at mission planning, mission execution and mission debriefing; all of these skills are readily transferable from the battlefield to the boardroom.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Create a ‘safe’, ‘exciting’, and ‘human’ environment in which people are free to be vulnerable, explore deeper conversations, reflect on their potential and aspirations, and find like minded thought partners
  • Engage in creative thought experiments that challenge participants explore ways to grow and stay connected as a key network and support system in their organizations
  • Explore ‘strategies’ and ‘playbooks’ by which participants feel confident, prepared, and excited to proactively develop and maintain an environment /culture of trust and shared purpose

Individually: Provide the tools needed to develop:

  • Self-awareness
  • Opportunities for better decision making
  • Social intelligence / awareness
  • Resilience
  • Confidence / Competence
