“Come prepared to share your experiences and learn from your peers”

Do those once-a-year-reviews even work? Many folks think there’s a better way to gauge employee performance and have been experimenting with new ideas. Some companies are instituting frequent, regular check-ins, while others are eliminating them altogether. What will work for your company? Come to this roundtable to hear ideas on what works and what doesn’t. If you have a good system going, then we definitely want to hear from you.

Scott Herbst, Ph.D. is a behavior analyst and the owner of SixFlex Training & Consulting, a firm that helps companies leverage behavior science to align team performance, improve organizational results, and upgrade culture.  Author of dozens of articles in the academic and popular press on topics ranging from leadership, culture, and performance management systems, Scott works with growing businesses to develop cultures where front-line employees take accountability for the success of the organization.  As a coach, he works with business leaders to define and create company culture, communicate that vision, and implement the practices to align culture and vision.  In his free time, he enjoys doing stand-up comedy at open-mics all around the city.  Don’t get your hopes up; he’s not very good.
