PANELISTS:

Amber Kennelly is the Chief Human Resources Officer for HUB International, leading the strategy and delivery of core human resources functions across the company. Mrs. Kennelly serves on the Executive Management Team and reports to the Chief Executive Officer.  Prior to joining HUB, Mrs. Kennelly served as vice president, Total Compensation (Compensation and Benefits) at Allstate in Northbrook, IL, driving the executive, broad-based and sales compensation strategies and programs, and Allstate’s strategic planning and design for health, welfare and retirement programs.


 

Joyce Wietrecki, Director, Learning and Development - American Bar Association. As a Senior Talent Management professional with more than 22 years of Leadership and Organizational Development experience, Joyce specializes in assisting organizations who want to close the skill gaps in their organizations and transform ordinary managers into strong leaders.  Some of the organizations she has worked with include: ACCO Brands, Newell Rubbermaid, Reynolds Consumer Products, McDonalds, Walgreens’s, AbbVie, and Takeda.  In the areas of Leadership Development and Coaching, Joyce has worked with hundreds of leaders to improve performance and develop them as future leaders.


Michael Krasman is a the Co-Founder of CEO of UrbanBound, and the co-founder and Board Director of Hireology, these two venture-backed HR software companies based in Chicago. Michael has spent the better part of his twenty year entrepreneurial career helping companies solve their human capital management challenges via technology, and is a noted thought-leader in the space. Michael holds a Bachelors of Business Administration with High Honors from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and is a past-president of the Chicago chapter of the Entrepreneur's Organization.

As CEO of Action Inclusion (www.ActionInclusion.org), Sangita Kasturi helps organizations develop inclusive leaders and workplaces. As a strategist, consultant and speaker on inclusive leadership, organizational diversity, women as leaders, cross-cultural intelligence and high impact communication, she has spoken and led workshops in North America, Europe and Asia, working with many Fortune 500s, mid-size and non-profit organizations. Sangita’s multidisciplinary background spans more than 15 years in a broad cross-section of industries. She is recognized for her ability to key in on critical data and partner effectively at every level of the organization. Sangita holds a Master's degree from Northwestern University with a focus on gender and culture, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
