From recruiting to L&D to compensation strategy, this Team Up will focus on learning about, and getting hands on experience with, the latest and greatest technology used by HR practitioners at some of Chicago’s most exciting companies.  Attendees will learn directly from the HR practitioners who use new technology – not vendors. They will explore what has and hasn’t worked and will learn how they may be able to apply new technology to help their companies move faster and smarter.  As with all HR Team Ups, there will be plenty of time for attendees to share best practices, problem-solve, network and get to know each other.

  • What new technology exists in the HR field that can help business success
  • What other practitioners are using in the HR tech space and how that technology is positively impacting HR effectiveness and efficiency
  • What the new generation of HR technology is doing to impact the business’s value proposition for employees
