Scaling Successfully – What Great HR Leaders Get Right
Free for Chicago SHRM Members | $40 Non-Members
High growth and rapid change can be great for a business. Both also present tremendous challenges for HR leaders who are charged with ensuring growth and change happens without damaging the culture. From talent acquisition to compensation strategy to employee engagement, the classic adage is true – what got you here won’t get you there. This Team Up will feature four senior HR leaders that have traveled the road of rapid growth and lived to tell the tale. Their companies didn’t just survive, they thrived. The speakers will share their stories around scaling a specific area of HR and then dive deep in a small group setting to help attendees learn how they can apply best practices in their own organization. As with all HR Team Ups, there will be plenty of time for attendees to share their own best practices, problem-solve in a one on one setting with thought leaders, network and get to know each other. If you are an HR leader at a growing company, part of a business going through change or simply looking to understand how to bring a more entrepreneurial mindset to your business, this event is for you.
