Put Mindfulness to Work:
Generating Healthier and Higher-Performing Talent

Chicago SHRM Members Only | Free Event

“Come prepared to share your experiences and learn from your peers”

With levels of workplace stress on the rise and employee burnout reaching crisis levels, how can HR help create the conditions for greater well-being among talent and teams?

Join your HR colleagues for a conversation on why mindfulness matters, the necessary steps to create an effective mindfulness program, how to generate leadership buy-in that goes beyond ROI, and best practices for integrating a mindful initiative into an organization's wellness strategy, learning and development opportunities, and overall culture.

Come ready to learn from each other, share experiences, and gain a broader understanding of the power and potential of mindfulness @ work.
