“Come prepared to share your experiences and learn from your peers”

It is critical for employers to provide a safe workplace for employees but there are times when disruptive or violent behavior arises.  HR plays an important leadership role in evaluating risks and mitigating the likelihood of workplace disruptions. In this Roundtable, participants will share their own experiences, strategies and lessons learned on the subject pre-employment screenings and termination procedures, managing disruptive employees, and enforcing a zero-tolerance policy to ensure employee safety.

Facilitator: Johnny R C Tyler is a Chicago Pastor and Chief Training Officer for AGB Investigative Services Inc.  He is a member of Phi Theta Kappa and Omicron Psi Honor Societies.  He holds several certificates including, Supervisory Skills Certification Training I and II (Northwestern University), degrees from Kennedy King College (A.A.S.), North Park University (B.A.), and Midwest Apostolic Bible College (M.Div.).
