As the demographics continue to evolve, it is increasingly important for organizations to ensure they are building inclusive programs to retain and develop their employees. Given the unique learning styles and areas of development, it is critical that HR professionals are equipped with and prepared to advise their leaders on various approaches to support their most valuable assets; their human resources.

She has built leadership development programs from the ground up. Claudia Jaccarino - An expert in cultural competence, Claudia Jaccarino brings an overseas background which includes travel to every continent except Antarctica. During the past twenty-five years, Claudia has consulted for Fortune 500 companies including Motorola, Inc., SBC, Brunswick Corp, and Boehringer-Ingelheim.  Her assignments have encompassed the following; Conducting sales training seminars in Phuket, Thailand for managers from the Pacific Rim countries, Resolving Communication and Process Improvement issues in Belgium between U.S. and European divisions of a U.S. headquartered firm, Building project leadership competencies for pharmaceutical research scientists from the U.S.A. and Switzerland embarking on joint venture projects, Opening European markets for a U.S. firm introducing a new oxy-fuel combustion technology
