HR leaders are always dealing with a variety of challenges. In our current environment, managing remote workforces is most likely one of them. Join us as we discuss strategies to help HR leaders reevaluate how they hold open enrollment this year due to group meeting restrictions, low employee engagement and increased confusion surrounding benefits. Let us help you rethink your strategy to provide a personalized, elevated experience for employees during this challenging time.

During this webinar you’ll:

  • Review the challenges HR leaders will face during open enrollment in light of the pandemic
  • Learn about current trends in employee benefits from the employee’s perspective
  • Discover the “why” behind the importance of active open enrollments and how passive enrollments often negate what open enrollment is meant to achieve
  • Ensure success with your next open enrollment by considering a new philosophy that meets your employees where they are and allows them to drive their benefit conversation
