Christine Bedalow, CPA
Christine is a Talent Acquisition Executive with over 17years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment, on-boarding, and leadership of departments. She has a diverse professional career covering an array of specialized areas after she completed a BS degree in Accounting from NIU and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is driven by challenge and problem solving as well as building long term relationships  as she innovates with her clients on creating recruitment strategies in her company, Talent Conscious.Most recently, Christine worked at LYONSCG as the Director of Talent Acquisition.  Her immediate impact was to grow the organization from 70 to almost 300 employees, allowing them to be in Crain’s of Chicago Fastest Growing Companies for 4 years running. Personally, her maverick approach allowed her to be selected into an exclusive 2015 Global 100 Talent Acquisition Leader group on LinkedIn and a Bronze Stevie’s Award for Professional Women making a difference. Her passion is creating a scalable recruitment processes, a positive candidacy experience and a smooth on-boarding process.Additionally, from 1999 to 2013, she worked at Navigant Consulting, Inc. a Chicago-based specialty consulting firm in the roles of Senior Manager, Human Capital Services and Director of Recruiting. She has enjoyed outstanding relationships with her business colleagues because she values them first as individuals and is driven to provide outstanding customer service.  No task is too small and no goal is too big. She has trained, coached, mentored and lead people throughout all of her career.  She understands the “job” search intrinsically and is highly motivated to share her knowledge with others in her volunteer efforts.Christine is a Chicago native and when she is not solving business problems or volunteering, she enjoys an active life of hiking, yoga, music/dancing and biking with her family.
